Baglio Gibellina, Frappato 2020, Sicily

Baglio Gibellina is situated in picturesque Sicily where its vineyards are surrounded by the hills of Salemi and Santa Ninfa.

Their old vineyards are located between 300-600m above sea level. The ground is a mixture of clay and volcanic soils with limited yields allowing for the production of outstanding wines with incredible food matching potential.

This organic Frappato has a ruby red colour lined with a purple tinge. The bouquet has a pleasant fresh fruit fragrance. The palate is lively and soft with flavours of fresh red fruits.

Obviously it pairs perfectly with pizza.
