Made in the sunshine of the Languedoc from a blend of Sauvignon Blanc 80% and Rolle (also known as Vermentino) 20%. It burst forth with lemon and citrus notes and a refreshing and aromatic mouth feel. The Rolle brings a certain smoothness to the blend. 

Cold maceration on the skins, followed by pressing and alcoholic fermentation on the fine lees at a temperature of 16-18°C. The blend coming from mainly Cotes de Thongue area in the centre of Languedoc Roussillon. The blend keeps the flavours and the refreshing personality of the Sauvignon. The Rolle brings the luscious exotic fruits aromas to the blend.

A wonderful all-rounder with food. It is especially good with stir fried vegetables, vegetable pakora or a Thai green curry.

Languedoc-Rousillon, France

The Languedoc is a vast region stretching across much of the south and Mediterranean and is France`s single largest vineyard entity for its Vins de Pays wines.

Within the Languedoc lie several distinctly identified Vins de Pays (including the l`Aude, Gard and Hérault) and many appellations that maintain traditional local blends and styles such as Minervois, Corbières, Pic Saint Loup and Fitou.


Sauvignon Blanc

Sauvignon Blanc is found all over the world, although it probably orignates from south west France, hence the name which comes from sauvage "wild" and blanc "white".

In cool climates it produces wines with flavours of grass, green peppers and nettles with some tropical fruit and floral notes. In warmer climates more tropical fruit notes such as peach are noticeable.
