This sparkling English rosé wine is a fun and fresh pink fizz, perfect for long summer days with friends.
Made by Sharpham with 100% estate grown red grapes. It is packed with it's packed with delicate red berry, crunchy red apple and pink grapefruit characters, finished with a lifted acidity and lively fizz.
Pinot Noir is a rotter. It has a tendency to produce tightly packed clusters which makes it susceptible to disease and it is the definition of thin skinned.
Yet when made well, Pinot Noirs shine. When young there will be red fruit aromas of cherries, raspberries, and strawberries. As the wine ages, it will develop complexity and mystery.
Duncan Schwab has been making Sharpham wine for over 25 years. He became CEO when they moved to their new home at Sandridge Barton, Stoke Gabriel in 2022.

Devon's vineyards are situatued in the valleys and lowlands of south and east Devon. Mostly close to the rivers Exe, Teign and Dart.
The growing season is long, with sun and heat starting earlier and lasting longer than in many other English counties. This gives the grapes more time to ripen and more time to hang.
