A straightforward, well-judged Chenin Blanc from Anjou. Fresh orchard fruit, a light honeyed note and a clean line of acidity give it balance without excess weight. Organic farming and a measured approach in the cellar keep things clear and focused.
Grown in Anjou-Villages on a mix of clay and limestone soils, this leans into Chenin’s natural tension. Expect apple, pear and a touch of quince, with a gentle roundness through the middle and a dry, refreshing finish. Fermentation and ageing are kept simple, using stainless steel to preserve fruit and shape rather than add richness.
Domaine Elise de Beaumont works organically across the vineyards, aiming for healthy soils and steady ripening. The result is a wine that feels honest to its place, with enough texture to hold interest and enough freshness to keep you coming back.
A reliable Loire white that covers a lot of ground. Works just as well on its own as it does with food, without ever feeling heavy.
Food Pairing
Good with roast chicken, pork dishes or creamy cheeses. Also works well with lighter fish dishes or vegetable-led plates, especially those with a bit of richness.
