What makes a dry and crisp rosé?

In simple terms, it is rosé with refreshment at its heart. Expect lively acidity, a light to medium body, and flavours that stay on the fresher end of the spectrum: citrus peel, red berries, watermelon, herbs, sometimes a faint stony note. The best examples feel clean and precise rather than sweet or blowsy.
