Shipping
We ship packages with EVRi and Parcelforce in 100% recyclable packaging. Which courier we use will depend on your location and the weight of your package. All shipments are tracked and you will receive a tracking code when the package leaves our warehouse.
Orders over £40 to the UK mainland are eligible for free shipping with EVRi. Orders of less than £40 will incur a small fee starting from £6.99 for postage and packing.

We can ship to any address on the UK mainland. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Weekday orders placed by 1pm are dispatched that day and will be with you in 1-2 working days. Weekday orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the following working day and will be with you 1-2 working days after that. Weekend orders will be dispatched at 1pm the following Monday and will be with you on Tuesday or Wednesday.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. In some instances a substituion may be made for a similar style and price of wine.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Returns Policy
We offer a refund or replace policy if you are not 100% satisfied with the wine you have ordered. You may return any items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or request an alternative bottle or equivalent cost or lower. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
