The Everyday and Classic cases focus on reliable bottles you can open without thinking. The Discovery Case takes a slightly different approach. These are wines we enjoy because they show character, a distinctive grape variety, or a region that deserves a closer look.

None of them are chosen for novelty alone. Each one drinks well and works naturally with food. The idea is simply to explore a few bottles you might not normally pick up.

Wines in the Case

• Domaine Elise de Beaumont Chenin Blanc – An organic Chenin Blanc from Anjou with freshness, texture and the sort of character that makes Loire Chenin so rewarding at the table.
• Uggiano Governo, Toscano – A ripe and supple Tuscan red made by the traditional Governo method, giving extra concentration and warmth without losing drinkability.
• Marquês de Borba Colheita White 2023, Alentejo – A Portuguese white with breadth, freshness and a little texture, showing another side of southern European white wine.
• Alo Jais Noir Carignan 2022, Roussillon – A bold, concentrated Carignan with plenty of southern fruit and a more rugged edge than the everyday reds.
• Domaine Gueguen Aligoté "La Vigne de Marie Louise" 2022 – Bright, lively Burgundy Aligoté with citrus freshness and the sort of clarity that makes it very easy to like.
• Domaine les Caizergues "Les Amoriers" 2021, Languedoc – A more serious southern French red with depth, structure and well-judged oak.

Taken together these six bottles show a few different directions the range can take – wines with character, balance and a clear sense of place.

Food Pairing
Because the wines vary in style, this is a versatile case for the table. Expect bottles that work comfortably with roast chicken, grilled fish, vegetable dishes, charcuterie, richer meat dishes and relaxed suppers with friends.
