Riesling is an aromatic grape variety with flowery, perfumed, aromas and high acidity. It can make wines running the full specturm from dry to sweet. It originates from Germany and was once esteemed as the greatest white variety.
It's flavours span nectarine, apricot, apples, and pear. It shows aromas of honeycomb, jasmine, and lime peel, and a distinctive note of petrol.
