A new wine and new blend for 2021, and like previous iterations very different from its siblings . This white blend was made from two germanic varieties, Müller-Thurgau and Reichenstiener, both of which are widely planted throughout the UK. The grapes were whole bunch pressed into varied sized Burgundy barrels and indigenously fermented separately. Both wines spent 7 months on gross lees and then blended together before bottling.

Described by critic Matthew Jukes as one of his fifty finest wines of 2022.

It has slight hints of vanilla, white flowers, ginger root, and english garden herbs. The palate is ripe stone fruits such as apricot and white peach, hints of citrus zest, accompanied by garden herbs with texture and viscosity.

Pair this with east Asian flavours – a light fish steamed with plenty of ginger, lemongrass and garlic works a treat.
