An unoaked Cornish Chardonnay aith a dry, crisp and racy palate of apple and citrus flavours and additional honey notes on the nose. Reminiscent of a Petit Chablis.
One of the highlights of 2022, this Chardonnay was very ripe and clean. Cool fermented in stainless steel results in a more fruit forward, lighter style of Chardonnay.
Excellent paired with white meats and seafood. Try it with Cornish Megrim Sole.
