La Cave de Florensac (Flores) is a cooperative winery based in Florensac, a small town close to the Étang de Thau lagoon in the Languedoc. The surrounding vineyards are best known for Picpoul de Pinet, the crisp coastal white that has become the region’s signature wine.
The cellar works with local growers farming vineyards close to the Mediterranean. The style is typically clean, dry and citrus-led, reflecting the naturally fresh character of the Piquepoul Blanc grape.
