Genio y Figura is Attis' youthful expression of Albariño, produced in the heart of Rías Baixas' Val do Salnés subregion. Made from 100% Albariño grown on granitic soils overlooking the Atlantic, it captures the freshness and vitality that have made the region one of Spain's finest sources of white wine.
The nose is packed with fresh white peach, citrus and crisp orchard fruit, while the palate is lively, juicy and refreshing. Bright acidity carries the fruit through to a clean, mouthwatering finish, making this an easy wine to enjoy on its own or at the table.
The vineyards are trained using the traditional Galician pergola system, allowing sea breezes from the Atlantic to keep the vines healthy while preserving freshness in the grapes. Hand harvesting, gentle pressing and cool fermentation ensure the wine retains its vibrant fruit character and aromatic purity.
Attis has earned a reputation as one of the leading producers in Rías Baixas, combining traditional viticulture with meticulous winemaking. Genio y Figura comes from the estate's younger vineyards, offering an approachable introduction to both the winery and the Albariño grape without sacrificing quality or regional character.
Crisp, aromatic and unmistakably Atlantic in character, this is exactly the sort of white wine that explains why Albariño has become one of Spain's most sought-after varieties.
Food Pairing
Serve well chilled with shellfish, grilled fish, sushi, ceviche or simply steamed mussels. Its bright acidity also makes it an excellent partner for salads, goat's cheese and lighter chicken dishes.

More Information
Albariño / Alvarinho
Albariño (or Alvarinho in Portuguese) is a white wine grape grown in Galicia (Spain), and Monção and Melgaço in North-West Portugal.
It is noted for its distinctive botanical aroma with a citrous undertone, very similar to that of Viognier, Gewurztraminer, and Petit Manseng, suggesting apricot and peach. The wine produced is unusually light, and generally high in acidity.
