Calancombe Estate Cassis is a deliciously rich and intense blackcurrant liqueur. It is velvety smooth on both the nose and the palate. A little acidity balances the sweetness and creates a beautifully crafted liqueur.
It is made entirely from Ebony and Ben Connan blackcurrants grown alongside the vines and apple orchards of the Clancombe Estate near Modbury, south Devon.
It is lovely sipped on its own, added to sparkling wine to make a Kir Royale or for mixing with cocktails.
