Château Canteloudette Blanc 2023 is a classic white Bordeaux from Entre-Deux-Mers, made from Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon and a little Muscadelle. The grapes receive around eight to nine hours of skin contact before fermentation, gently extracting aromatic compounds while preserving the wine's freshness and purity.

Sauvignon Blanc brings vibrant citrus and green apple flavours, while Semillon contributes a little extra weight and texture. The result is a crisp, refreshing white with bright fruit, lively acidity and a rounded finish that keeps you coming back for another glass.

Entre-Deux-Mers lies between the Garonne and Dordogne rivers and has long been one of Bordeaux's traditional homes for dry white wine. The region's limestone and clay soils, together with its maritime climate, produce wines that combine freshness with understated complexity.

This is an uncomplicated but well-made example of the style, offering excellent value and all the hallmarks that have made white Bordeaux a favourite at the table.

Food Pairing

Serve chilled with grilled fish, shellfish, oysters, sushi, goat's cheese or simple chicken dishes. It is equally enjoyable as an aperitif.
