Domaine Hubert Reyser is a third-generation family estate in Alsace, now run by Lionel Reyser. The vineyards are certified organic, and the wines are made with a light touch, allowing the character of the grape and soil to come through clearly.
Alsace is best known for varieties such as Riesling, Gewurztraminer and Pinot Gris, and Domaine Hubert Reyser works in a style that keeps those grapes precise and well defined. Farming is fully certified organic, and cellar work is deliberately restrained.
Lionel Reyser continues the family estate with a focus on healthy soils and minimal intervention in the winery. The aim is clarity and balance rather than weight or sweetness.
