A generous, fruit-led Garnacha from Campo de Borja. Ripe dark fruit, a touch of spice and soft tannins make it an easy, approachable red.

Sourced from vineyards in the foothills of the Moncayo mountain, the grapes grow on alluvial soils that help balance ripeness with freshness. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel with a short maceration to keep the style soft and fruit-focused.

In the glass, expect blackberry, plum and cherry, with a hint of cassis and light spice. The palate is rounded and supple, with enough acidity to keep it from feeling heavy.

A straightforward, reliable red that does what you want it to.

Food Pairing

Good with roast meats, BBQ dishes or simple grilled food. Also works well with hearty vegetable dishes.

Grenache / Garnacha

Found throughout northern Spain and southern France, there are three variants: Grenache Noir, Blanc and Gris.

Grenache Noir is the most common. It is generally spicy, berry-flavored and soft on the palate. Complex and intense notes of blackcurrants, black cherries, black olives, coffee, gingerbread, honey, leather, black pepper, tar, spices, and roasted nuts can also be found.

Bodegas Borsao

In 1958 the Borja Cooperative was founded. Their philosophy is to preserve the authenticity of their fruit, using winemaking that respects it as much as possible, such as fermentation at controlled temperatures or the moderate use of wood to enhance a grapes character.

The vineyards enjoy an exceptional diversity of soils and altitudes, from 350 to 800 meters. The slopes of the Moncayo are ideal for native Garnacha grapes.
