The Moncayo creates a unique environment, regulating the climate with cold and windy winters with an Atlantic influence, and warm summers with a Mediterranean influence. This thermal contrast helps develop wines with good acidity, vibrant colour and pleasant tannins.

The “cierzo” wind purifies the soil. The vineyards are dry-farmed. This water stress favours the concentration of flavours and aromas in the grapes and is a more sustainable form of viticulture.
