Made by Elizabeth Prataviera in the soth west of France, this is fruity style of French Sauvignon Blanc. On the nose there are aromas of lychees and white flower blossom. The palate is fresh and lemony.
The grapes have been grown on shallow stony soils. Vinification is in stainless steel and concrete tanks to achieve the perfect aromatic blend.
Serve this with seafood, grilled fish or goats cheese.
