The Big Bear is a medium sweet wine made from 100% Gros Manseng. It is a typical style from Gascony in the South-West of France. It won a gold medal at the Général Agricole de Paris.

The wine is light straw in color. It has an exquisite, bright, rich, sweet, juicy taste with notes of yellow apple, pear, honey and sweet spices, balanced acidity and a long aftertaste. The pleasant aroma of the wine envelops with tones of dried fruits, fruit jam and flowers.

This wine perfectly accompanies blue cheeses, foie gras and desserts, but is also great as an aperitif.

Another South West town, Gaillac, has been producing wine for over 2,000 years, with evidence of vineyards dating back to the Roman era.
