Les 7 Lieux is the premier cuvée of Saint-Joseph from biodynamic producer Domaine des Amphores. It's a blend of seven parcels each with different terroir. The vines range in age from young to old (5 to 45 years).

It is a powerful, juicy Saint Joseph from Syrah grown in the Northern Rhone Valley. 50% of this wine has been matured for 10 months in large barrels. The result is a deep dark Syrah with a great aging potential of upto 20 years. It shows enticing aromas of violets, raspberries, elderberries, blackcurrants, with a menthol note on the finish.

Pair with the finer cuts of lamb or beef, or rich noodle soups like tonkatsu ramen.
