Tierras del Isasa Organic Verdejo 2023 is a vibrant white wine from Spain's famous Rueda appellation. Made from 100% organically grown Verdejo, it combines expressive fruit with crisp acidity, capturing the fresh, aromatic style that has made Rueda one of Spain's leading white wine regions.
Fragrant aromas of tropical fruit, white flowers and citrus are complemented by a subtle hint of fennel. The palate is generous yet refreshing, with ripe stone fruit flavours balanced by lively acidity and a clean, crisp finish.
The grapes are grown in organically managed vineyards close to the River Duero, where warm summer days are tempered by cooling Atlantic breezes. This wide day-to-night temperature difference helps preserve freshness while allowing the fruit to ripen fully.
Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to retain the purity of Verdejo's vibrant fruit and aromatic character. The result is a clean, expressive wine that reflects both the variety and the distinctive conditions of Rueda.
Verdejo has become Spain's signature white grape, prized for its combination of aromatic intensity, refreshing acidity and versatility at the table. Tierras del Isasa is an excellent introduction to the style.
Food Pairing
Serve chilled with seafood, shellfish, grilled white fish, roast chicken or summer salads. Its fresh acidity also makes it an excellent aperitif.
