The hilly Beaujolais vineyards stretch from north to south over 55km, bordered to the west by the Massif Central, and to the east by the Saone river.

Beaujolais wines, just like the regions winemakers, are easy-going, charming, and bursting with youthful energy. Sculpted over centuries it is home to 12 appellations. Quality improves from Beaujolais, to Beaujolias-Villages, to the ten Cru Villages of Brouilly and Côte de Brouilly, then Régnié, Morgon, Chiroubles, Fleurie, Moulin-à-Vent, Chénas, Julinénas and finally Saint-Amour.
