The rigour and the work that must be done in each of the vineyards is fundamental to enhance certain qualities and qualities: it is the determining decision to create a great wine.
Each vineyard has its own personality, the serene expression of the vine in the wine. The balance that wines express is nothing more than the result of the dedication, care and work that is carried out in the vineyards and later in the winery.
The work carried out involves patience. Winter or dry pruning, green pruning, thinning and harvesting are, generally, practices of vital importance that must be done at the right time and in the right way to obtain an extraordinary result that makes a difference.
