Why visit Wickhams at Exeter Christmas Market

  • Hand-picked wines with character: Each wine has been sourced directly from small, sustainable vineyards across Europe, many not available in supermarkets. Every bottle tells a story, and we choose wines we personally believe in.
  • Festive, relaxed atmosphere: Stroll through Exeter’s festive market stalls, enjoy seasonal food and street treats, and sample a crisp white or a hearty red as you soak up the lights and holiday spirit.
  • Perfect for gifting: Our curated wine selection, from approachable everyday bottles to refined wines for special occasions, offers something to suit every taste and budget.
  • Meet the people behind the wine: We love to chat about vineyards, vintage and taste, if there’s a wine you’d like us to bring (or to save a bottle), just drop us a message.

What to expect

  • Friendly, knowledgeable service from the Wickhams team

Bring home more than just wine

At Wickhams, we believe in wine with personality and provenance. Many of our producers come from lesser-known vineyards and a significant portion of our list features wines from England and the South West, including Devon, Cornwall and Dorset.

We also believe in accessibility, wines for all budgets, from everyday drinking to special occasions, giving you the freedom to explore without breaking the bank.
