Ethically produced white Rhone-varietal blend from the hillsides of Spain's Terra Alta. Garnacha Blanca, Viognier, and a touch of quality enhancing Roussanne produce a textured wine with poached pear & apricot fruit, warm spice balanced by a thread of minerality.
This Spanish white is made by Ed Adams MW and South African winemaker Bruce Jack. It is vegetarian, vegan, organic and sustainable.
Sourced from an organically certified family estate in Terra Alta near Tarragona. The vineyard has its own wind turbine to generate electricity for the cellar, they use all the left over grape skins, pips & stalks for fertilizer as well as recycling rainwater in the vineyard.
In the winery light weight bottles are used, packed in brown unbleached cartons.
