This brilliant young wine-maker has made a name for himself in both his home region of the Jura and in the Mâconnais where he has expanded his holdings considerably by buying the famous Jean Rijckaert estate from the eponymous Belgian restaurateur.

Rouve’s oenological approach emphasizes freshness, integrity and balance and offers a superb alliance of tradition and a modern, minimalist style that respects the unique terroirs in which he works.
