2023 was an atypical year. The winter season was hot and rainy, spring hot and dry, and the summer was moderately hot and rainy, especially in June and September. It was a year that, contrary to what happened in previous years, was wet, with the vines reaching the ripening period in an excellent state of hydration. Consequently, the white grapes reached higher levels of acidity and increased in aromatic freshness.
