This is a delightful classic Champagne from the city of Rheims in the heart of Frances Champagne region.
The wine is produced from a blend of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes. This creates an elegant dry Champagne with a gentle mousse and fine flavours. It is lovely and light with flavours of apple and citrus fruits. There are hints of brioche and lots of bubbles.

Calancombe Estate Cassis is made entirely from Ebony and Ben Connan blackcurrants grown on the Calancombe estate alongside the grpae vines and apple orchards.
It is deliciously rich and intense on the nose and on the plate is velvety and smooth but with a little acidity balancing its sweetness, creating a lovely well-balanced liqueur.
