A good everyday Claret made from a blend of Merlot (70%), Cabernet Sauvignon (25%) and Cabernet Franc (5%).

This dense wine boasts an intense crimson-tinted robe. A powerful, complex nose where violet and mocha coffee have their say. The mouth-feel is full and unctuous.

This would make the ideal Easter partner to a roast leg of mutton.
