Lifted, crisp and fresh terroir led wine from the Côtes de Gascogne. This is floral and citrussy with ripe apricot and peach aromas. Aromatic, balanced and very fresh. 

A short maceration on the skins is followed by pneumatic nitrogen pressing and cold setting. Vinification and ageing lasts at least 3 months, in stainless steel tanks and concrete tanks to get keep the fresh aromatic qualities of the Colombard and Ugni Blanc.

Great refreshing, zingy aperitif wine that would also go brilliantly with vinigarette drizzled salads or grilled green vegetables, young cheeses and all kinds of seafood.
